Our permit module is the world’s first fully digital permit to work system, and the cost savings to projects are an order of magnitude above the competition.
Due to the complexity of bidirectional communication between workers, approvers and permit officers when following PTW procedures, a fully-paperless system hasn’t been attempted within the industry. After years of R&D, we’ve achieved this – the time savings for field workers traveling to and from the permit office amounts to significant project savings. All data we obtain suggests we can bring forward project’s completion dates due to markedly-increased worker tool-time.
Permits can quickly be created, reviewed, and approved anywhere on a work site, from a desktop computer or a user’s mobile device in the field. Isolation schedules, NOEs and bulletins are automatically generated, attached to the permit, and stored in familiar PDF formats.
By linking with our completions module, or by API to external completions providers, we can check the ITR status of assets and cables, and determine circuit configurations algorithmically. This ensures the safe energisation of assets during the commissioning phase and saves significant manual checking and document preparation time.
Cybuild Permit to Work module allows users to:
- Create Hot and Cold Construction Permits, Non-Isolation, Isolation, Commissioning Minor Works, and Permit to Energise
- Set access restrictions for permit holding and worker sign-on by PTW training level
- Create, request, and track permits through their entire process
- Utilise a designated approval flow for permit review, approval, relinquishing, issuing, and closing
- Generate configurable and dynamic print outs that align with existing business paper permits
- Choose from customisable levels of usage available:
- Basic – digital desktop creation and approval flow with printable permit usage in the field
- Pro – digital desktop and mobile creation with digital field usage, including full sign-on and off processes through mobile application
- Access a comprehensive log of actions performed on permits and photos, allowing for a complete look at the history of a job in real-time by supervision and permit officers
- Generate single-line diagrams through an online PDF editor, including isolation points, ‘green lines’, and energised circuits
